The new playing season gets underway on Sunday February 15th. The action starts in the Ducon Cup, with Newmarket playing away to Boherbue at 1pm.

Last year the juniors qualified for the knockout stages of the competition, eventually being beaten by Dromtarrife in the quarter final.

On Monday evening, at 8.30pm, the intermediates will be in action in Cloughduv in the 2008 PIFL (Co Div 3) SF Replay against Valley Rovers. The original fixture was played back in November.

Lets hope its the start of another successfull season for the hurlers and footballers of Newmarket.
